IAN LYONS
Ian has spent the vast majority of his working life in the property sector and gained a wealth of knowledge early in his career with Landmark Group, managing their residential and commercial portfolio and assisting with their UK new build and refurbishment projects.
Since 2006 Ian has worked privately with developers and investors selling schemes off plan throughout the North West of England. In 2013 he set up Lyons Estates and has successfully built the company to become one of North Liverpool’s leading estate agents.
Ian has collaborated with Andy for a several years bringing buyers and sellers together on property sales across the UK.
Unity Investment Group brings together a wealth of knowledge in the property sector and a large network of active buyers and sellers in the UK property market.
ANDY PROUT
Andy has been working within the property industry for nearly two decades, so brings a wealth of experience,
Andy moved into property investment sales some four years ago where he had great success as a Sales Manager, overseeing sales on new build developments across the North West. During this time he made a substantial amount of contacts from developers to investors.
Andy joined forces with his long-standing friend and associate, Ian, to establish Unity Investment Group Limited.
Their collaboration brings a synergy of substantial experience and a network of contacts within the property sector.
Unity Investment Group’s focus is to maintain and grow strong links with their network of nationwide developers delivering the desired product for their investors.
